Faridah Àbíké-Íyímídé is a British novelist, short-story writer and columnist. Ace of Spades, received a NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Literary Work – Youth/Teens in 2022.

L.M. Bennett is a 40-ish, Washington, D.C-based author and podcast host. She enjoys annoyed-looking cats, MMA, professional wrestling.

Tanya Boteju is a teacher and writer living on unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations (Vancouver, British Columbia).

Ciera Burch is a lifelong writer and ice cream aficionado. She has a B.A from American University and an MFA from Emerson College.

S. R. Cooper first embarked on her journey as a writer in October of 2020 as co-author of the e-book I Survived, an anthology about domestic violence.

Hayley Dennings grew up in the Bay Area, where she spent most of her time writing and reading. She loves championing queer Black voices.

Deja Elise is a creative soul, mother of three, wifey, and professional daydreamer. She wrote her first story at 8.

Sami Ellis is a queer horror writer who’s inspired by the horrific nature of Black fears and the culture’s relation to the supernatural. When she’s not acting as the single auntie with a good job, she spends her time not writing.

Sara Farizan is the award-winning and critically acclaimed author of young adult novels, and a Lambda Literary award winner.

Tuesday Harper is an author, creative, and entrepreneur. She has written 30+ books, all of them featuring main characters that are Black AF & unapologetically queer.

Chencia C. Higgins is just a girl from Texas writing about sassy, southern women finding love. With a multitude of titles under her belt, she has made it her mission to create stories in which Black women are loved out loud.

Jenna Kent, coffee lover, and book lover of all things romance with a sweet spot for masculine dominant femmes.

Aunt Georgia Lee is a Black Sapphic author with a flare for weaving steamy romances and erotica.

Elle Machray grew up in Birmingham to Welsh–Caribbean and Scottish parents, and is now based in Edinburgh. She graduated from the HarperCollins Author Academy in spring 2021.

Leatrice "Elle" McKinney, writing as L.L. McKinney, is an advocate for equality and inclusion in publishing, and the creator of the hashtags #PublishingPaidMe and #WhatWoCWritersHear.

Anna-Marie McLemore, a Mexican-American author of young adult fiction magical realism, creates inclusive, queer, Latinx casts inspired by their own identity as a nonbinary, bigender person.

Naomi Rivers, a retired U.S. military veteran, writes lesbian romance and women's fiction. She lives on the East Coast with her wife and rescue dog.

Terri Ronald, a small-town advocate, is dedicated to creating authentic stories that reflect her belief in the importance of representation.

M.L. Sexton used writing as a chance to escape the real world and take her issues and create characters that went through them.

Anne Shade is an incurable romantic with a passion for writing stories about women who love women.

Arielle Twist is a writer and sex educator originally from George Gordon First Nation, Saskatchewan. She is a Cree, Two-Spirit, trans femme supernova.

W.L. Tracy has always been intrigued by historical events and the people that have made these changes in the world possible.

J.E. Wolf was born, Jasmine Elyse. She dropped her government name and changed it to fit her new life.

Fiona Zedde was born under the Jamaican sun. Since getting the writing bug, she’s published over 30 books, mostly about black lesbian and queer love.
